Teri Hatcher

Teri HatcherTeri Lynn Hatcher was the daughter of Teri Hatcher, born in Palo Alto California on December 8th, 1964. Her mother Esther was a Lockheed Martin computer programmer, and her father Owen was an electrical engineer and nuclear physicist. She was born by Esther. Teri took ballet classes at San Juan School of Dance, and was raised in Sunnyvale. Fremont High School was where she was the Featherettes dance captain, and was awarded the "Most Likely To Be a Solid Gold Dancer" award. After graduating Hatcher went on to study engineering and math at De Anza College and took acting classes at San Francisco's American Conservatory Theater. Teri acknowledged that her uncle Richard Hayes Stone abused her sexually at the age of 5. She helped Santa Clara County prosecutor with their case against Stone. Stone was responsible for the suicide of a 14 year old victim. Stone was sentenced to prison for four charges of of pleading in guilty pleas to molestation. In prison, he succumbed to colon cancer.
