Najarra Townsend

Najarra was already aware of her purpose in life at the young age of 3. She began modeling and participating in local stage productions, continuing to be deeply engaged in both theatre and musicals through her early and teenage years. Her first appearance on the big screen at ten years old, costarring with her mother in "Menace". Najarra received international recognition because of her character in the Sundance and Cannes Award-winning "Me and You and Everyone We Know" in 2005. The actress has appeared as the title character in numerous films which include: "Tru Loved", "Marin Blue", "Betty I am" as well as in numerous other independent films. The audience was able to see the new face of this young actress when they were able to watch the horror film "Contracted", which was released by IFC Midnight in 2014.
